SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking. International shipping is available at a flat rate cost with customs number.  Buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, etc. on international orders. All orders over $250 will require a signature. The jewelry is hand made to order and will take 3-4 weeks to be fabricated and shipped out. Buyer will receive e-mail confirmation once the order has shipped. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. 

CARE OF HANDMADE JEWELRY

Silver and brass naturally oxidize over time. Likewise, the patina of darkened silver and brass items will wear at high points and points of contact- brightening organically and making each piece more personal. The raw crystals, seashells and pearls that are used are fragile, please handle with care. Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, there will be variance in stones, shells and metal. Brass jewelry can cause a harmless discoloration on certain types of skin. Applying clear nail polish to the inside of brass rings can minimize or eliminate this effect. We will not accept returns or exchanges due to this effect.  


REPAIRS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Reasonable repairs can be made on items ordered from this site within two weeks of purchase. Buyer is responsible for ordering correct ring size. We do not offer ring re-sizing and cannot accept exchanges or returns for ring purchases made incorrectly. Unworn jewelry can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase, in it’s original packaging. Buyer must send back item with insurance. If jewelry is damaged upon arrival, it will be sent back. Buyer must first send us an e-mail in order to be approved for any repairs or exchanges. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling charges on repairs or exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time as each piece is made to order.
